Accommodation

Accommodation has been secured from Thursday, 14th June until Sunday, 17th June 2018 at a special meeting rate. Please note that rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis, so make sure you register early to avoid disappointment.

Things you need to know

Arrival Time

Check-in time is usually from 2:00pm - 3:00pm. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for a room the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released

Accommodation Amendments

Any changes required to your accommodation booking can be made via email to the Meeting Office, not directly with the hotel. Please email katherine.stent@matortho.com.au

Accommodation Cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply for all cancellations received after Thursday 12th April 2018 or if the room is not occupied on the advised date of arrival. The relevant hotel cancellation policy terms and conditions will apply and the cost will be borne by the delegate. The Meeting Office cannot guarantee new bookings or amendments to existing bookings after this date. An SMS Reminder will be sent to you.

Additional Room Nights

Please note that accommodation has been secured from Thursday, 14th June until Sunday, 17th June 2018. For accommodation outside these dates please contact katherine.stent@matortho.com.au and we will endeavour to secure accommodation at the Meeting rate for your extended stay.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to Thursday 12th April 2018 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $50.00.
